Ken brings more than 30 years of experience across the chemical industry, including extensive work in mining and mineral processing, manufacturing, operations, technical sales and commercial leadership.
Internally, Ken leads Tri-Tech’s Technical team across QA/QC, R&D, product and process development, production troubleshooting and continuous improvement. He works closely with our chemists, production and engineering teams to challenge assumptions, interpret results and help translate our chemistry into practical, reliable manufacturing outcomes.
Externally, Ken works directly with customers to understand the technical and application issues behind their needs, then helps connect those challenges with Tri-Tech’s chemistry, development capability and manufacturing experience. His extensive mining and mineral processing background gives him particular depth in that sector, while the same problem-solving approach underpins his work with customers across Tri-Tech’s broader markets.
Ken’s focus is on bringing together chemistry, application knowledge, manufacturing reality and commercial understanding to develop practical solutions that work.
