A Remarkable 35-Year Career Taking place this Thursday, June 25th, NAWO CEO Louise Weine will sit down with Fiona to reflect on her impressive career. As a qualified Chemical Engineer with over 35 years of experience spanning operations, supply chain, and project management at ICI, Orica, Qenos, and Tri-Tech, Fiona has a wealth of knowledge to share.
Championing Women in STEM Perfectly timed just two days after International Women in Engineering Day, the conversation will dive into Fiona’s journey navigating a male-oriented industry. Beyond her technical and leadership achievements, Fiona is a passionate NAWO mentor and one of their “100 Women in Operations.” She will be sharing her honest insights on the vital role of mentoring, sponsorship, and actively supporting others to progress in STEM and operations.
(And she might just share how she balances all of this while running a 100-head beef cattle property in rural Victoria!)
